Ladders is seeking a VP, Head of Global Benefits to design and lead a worldwide benefits program. This role partners with senior leaders to align benefits with enterprise priorities and ensure programs are compliant, competitive, and employee-centric.

Based in Austin, TX with US-based candidates; compensation range $222,500 - $360,000 annually. The role will oversee governance, financial stewardship, and technology evolution to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with an advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in global benefits or related field preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience managing complex global programs across regions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute enterprise-level strategies and operational models.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and investment analysis.
• Proven track record in influencing senior leaders and navigating organizational change.

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Head of Global Benefits to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will shape and execute a global benefits strategy that supports workforce needs, strengthens governance, and aligns with enterprise priorities. The role will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure benefits programs are effective, compliant, and competitively structured. In addition, this position will drive financial stewardship, operational excellence, and the continued evolution of benefits technology to improve the employee experience.

Location: Austin, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $222,500 - $360,000 annually
