Job summary

Equifax, Inc. seeks a Strategy Leader to develop and execute growth strategies for our strategic financial institution customers. The role drives execution, liaises with various business units, and ensures high performance by clearing roadblocks.

Lead a team and promote accountability across the organization. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in strategy and insights, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy development and customer/market insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, sales and consulting capabilities.
• Experience delivering complex growth initiatives with large cross-functional teams.
• Ability to sponsor change and adopt best practices from others.
• Influence, negotiate and build consensus across internal and external groups.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and trends.
• Project/program management and process improvement experience.
• Consultative coaching skills.
• Familiarity with top strategic financial institutions is a plus.
• FI domain expertise is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate corporate and vertical strategies into SFI imperatives and executable plans.
• Design and implement SLT strategy to achieve our fair share of revenue (60% of market).
• Collaborate across stakeholders to align on strategy, work streams and execution.
• Drive revenue growth via market intelligence, competitive analysis and industry economics.
• Assess sales and customer support requirements; streamline onboarding and product training.
• Engage with SFI team to anticipate risks, drive accountability and report progress.
• Lead forums and steering committees with senior stakeholders.
• Establish processes for handling customer problems and root cause analysis.
• Develop reporting packages: financial, pipeline, and program health.
• Partner with Finance to develop annual SFI budget and plans.
• Create content for SFI communications (updates, webinars).
• Represent SFI on corporate initiatives and third-party engagements.
• Lead a team of ~5 directs.
