Job summary

Equifax, Inc. seeks a dynamic Partner Success Manager to manage a strategic book of business with enterprise partners.

Drive adoption and sales momentum across affiliate, reseller, and referral channels, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term partner success. You will lead operational readiness for major accounts, oversee post-signature onboarding to accelerate revenue and ACV, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Account Management, or Channel Sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Prior experience with B2B2C or Voluntary Benefit business models for enterprise-sized employers.
Experience in identity theft protection, cybersecurity, privacy, or consumer-facing digital products.
Deep understanding of affiliate, reseller, and referral partnership frameworks.
Proven ability to deliver product demos and technical presentations to executives and frontline sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales cycles, pipeline development, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Own the operational readiness strategy for incoming major accounts and align cross-functional teams with partner executives.
Lead post-signature onboarding to ensure Revenue Starts and ACV attainment.
Manage complex commercial conversations as sales motions evolve with joint go-to-market.
Collaborate with BD and Product Management to map expansion roadmaps and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop channel-specific sales playbooks, battlecards, and GTM toolkits.
Lead Joint Steering Committees and Quarterly Business Reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.
