Job summary

ASG Power, a division of HESCO, is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive the national growth strategy and lead our sales organization. • 10+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in energy/industrial markets
• 5+ years leading and scaling sales teams in technical environments
• Experience with multi-million-dollar accounts and complex partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national business development strategy focused on distributed power and manufacturing automation
• Lead, coach, and grow the BD and sales team including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Establish sales processes, CRM usage, pipeline management and forecasting practices
