United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a VP of Product for Growth and Monetization in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA, on a hybrid schedule. You will own DAUs and revenue, leading Growth and Monetization with ~20 PMs and partnering with engineering and design to ship fast.

Executive product leadership with a track record of delivering growth and revenue at scale is required. Equity is included, and relocation to NY/PA is supported where needed.

Qualifications

• Executive product leadership with measurable impact on DAUs or revenue.
• Proven track record leading managers of managers and developing product leaders.
• Experience growing freemium and subscription products with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to relocate or work from NY or Pittsburgh on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own DAUs and revenue, and deliver both against forecast.
• Manage pillar leads who run Growth and Monetization, an org of ~20 PMs.
• Coach and develop senior product leaders, raising the bar for talent.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to make clear tradeoffs and ship quickly.
• Build world-class product operating mechanisms: north star metrics, rituals, and A/B testing.
• Allocate resources across Growth and Monetization, balancing optimization with larger bets.
