Job summary

Pendo is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to drive the full growth engine from awareness to qualified pipeline in the United States. You will own demand generation, website performance, analytics, experimentation, lifecycle programs, and product-led growth, partnering with Sales, Product, and executive leadership.

You will align GTM priorities, build cross-functional teams, and drive measurable pipeline growth while shaping a data-driven, AI-enabled marketing organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive multi-channel demand generation with measurable pipeline.
• Strong analytics, systems thinking, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led channels.
• Partner with Sales, Product, CMO, CRO and executives on GTM priorities.
• Own marketing website performance, CRO, and demo experience.
• Set the paid creative strategy and track performance of assets.
• Build attribution dashboards and actionable reporting for leadership.
• Establish a rigorous experimentation system across acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle.
• Lead and develop a high-performing growth organization.
• Drive product-led and lifecycle growth aligning with pipeline and revenue.
