Pendo is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to lead the full growth engine from awareness to pipeline in a Hybrid US-based role. You will own demand generation, website performance, analytics, experimentation, lifecycle programs, and product-led growth motions while partnering with Sales, Product, and executive leadership.

In this role you will build a world-class growth team, scale multi-channel campaigns, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Significant leadership across performance channels and product-led or lifecycle motions.
• Proven track record owning demand generation across paid search, paid social, SEO, pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with ability to build measurement infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, content-driven acquisition, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Partner with Sales on pipeline handoff and conversion, with Product on growth features and activation, and with executives on GTM priorities.
• Own marketing website performance, including CRO, experimentation, lead routing, and buyer journey optimization.
• Lead paid creative strategy and track performance to understand what assets win or lose.
• Build attribution dashboards and reporting to guide prioritization, investment decisions, and budget efficiency.
• Establish a rigorous experimentation system across acquisition, website, onboarding, and lifecycle.
• Build and lead a high-performing growth organization across demand generation, performance marketing, SEO/GEO, analytics, and product/lifecycle growth.
• Drive product-led and lifecycle growth to increase activation, time-to-value, retention, and revenue growth.
