Qualifications

• 12+ years of growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record owning demand across paid search/social, SEO, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
• Experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and website performance.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to guide prioritization.
• Ability to lead and scale cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified pipeline.
• Lead website performance, CRO, experimentation, and buyer journey optimization.
• Build and maintain clear attribution models, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Drive activation, onboarding, and lifecycle growth in product-led initiatives.
