Job summary

Arkeus is seeking a senior growth executive to own commercial footprint and pipeline expansion within the US DoD and allied markets. You will drive multi-million-dollar opportunities and integrate with senior leaders across the defense ecosystem.

You will lead, mentor, and scale a Growth team while aligning acquisition, activation, and international monetization strategies to deliver measurable revenue growth for Arkeus.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience at VP Growth or Chief Commercial Officer level within a scaling deep-tech or defense-tech firm.
• Proven track record selling hardware-software integrated capabilities, edge-computing, or optical/ISR sensors to US military clients.
• Experience working in international or allied defense environments (e.g., managing Australian-US defense dual-use controls).
• Success launching and positioning technology products in international environments, especially the US and allied defence sectors.
• Strong understanding of revenue, pricing models, and long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to obtain or hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build US Growth Org: recruit, scale, and lead a US-focused growth team.
• Drive Global Revenue Scaling: expand international pipelines across allied markets.
• Build International Growth: establish footholds in key global target markets.
• OEM Partner Integration: expand commercial integrations with major drone, USV, and aerospace manufacturers.
• Acquire and convert federal opportunities through procurement cycles and programs of record.
• Collaborate with Product Development & Marketing to align roadmap and messaging.
• Represent Arkeus at senior defense leadership levels and in policy discussions.
• Set KPIs and analyze growth initiatives to identify high-impact levers.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Growth team.
