Job summary

Arkeus seeks a senior growth leader to own the US commercial footprint, expand the defense market, and drive multi-million-dollar opportunities with the DoD and allied agencies. You will translate strategy into winning programs and lead a cross-functional team across growth, customer success, and integration.

You will navigate complex procurement cycles, build trusted relationships with Pentagon stakeholders, and scale our presence internationally.

Qualifications

Senior commercial leadership at VP Growth or CCO level within scaling defense/tech.
Proven track record selling hardware-software integrated capabilities to US military.
Experience with international defense environments and dual-use controls.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a US growth organization focused on growth, capture and sales-engineering.
Drive global revenue scaling and expand international pipelines (AUKUS/allies).
Forge OEM and partner integrations to embed Arkeus technology.
Navigate federal procurement cycles and convert wins into Programs of Record.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and manufacturing to align messaging and roadmap.
Represent Arkeus to senior defense leadership and maintain high-level relationships.
