Role Overview

You are the disruption driver, passionate about challenging the status quo and inspiring your team and clients to think beyond conventional solutions. You build strong relationships, push boundaries, and foster innovation to unlock the full potential of brands.

Responsibilities

1. Motivation & Mentorship (10%)
   • Create a culture that adopts disruption and new methodologies
   • Manage and mentor junior strategists for engagement and career growth
2. Foresight (10%)
   • Lead research and insight initiatives using innovative methods
   • Monitor macro-trends and cultural topics to inform strategy
3. Business Growth (15%)
   • Contribute to organic growth and new business opportunities
   • Engage in client interviews and presentations as an authority
4. Client Relationship (20%)
   • Develop senior client relationships to exceed expectations
   • Lead ideation sessions employing disruption tools
5. Strategy Creation (45%)
   • Collaborate on brand positioning, disruption roadmaps, and creative briefs
   • Generate insights from data to develop disruptive creative ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 7+ years in an agency environment (pharmaceutical experience required)
• Proficiency with general computer tools
• Experience in internal team and brand strategy
• Willingness to travel 20%-40%

Salary range: $145,000 - $186,850. Salaries vary based on experience and qualifications.
