Nexstar Media Group in the Quad Cities seeks a proven Vice President/General Manager to oversee WHBF, KGCW and shared services with Mission Broadcasting. This role requires digital-first leadership and a track record of growing revenue through digital strategies across TV, OTT, web, and social.

The GM will build a high-performing team, strengthen community relationships, and drive operational excellence across all stations, with a clear focus on growth, audience expansion, and local market

Formación

• Minimum five years of senior management experience.
• Experience leading digital sales, broadcast sales, content, and news teams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through digital advertising, new business development, and innovative sales strategies.
• Experience developing and scaling locally produced content across OTT, web, social, and linear platforms.
• Ability to build collaborative, growth-oriented culture and strong relationships with employees and clients.
• Experience managing a duopoly operation preferred.

• Oversee operations of WHBF and KGCW and managed outsourcing with Mission Broadcasting.
• Provide digital-first leadership to expand audience reach and accelerate revenue growth.
