Job summary

IntraCare, through ClinCare, seeks a Vice President & General Manager, Clinical Research, to own a high-impact division within Texas and the Southwest. You will supervise full P&L, lead multi-site operations in primary care clinics, and scale sponsor relationships while reporting directly to the CEO.

You will shape feasibility pipelines, manage budgets, and drive enrollment through data-driven engagement and automation.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in clinical research site operations with progression
• Strong GCP/ICH and inspection-readiness experience
• CTMS fluency and comfort with data, dashboards, and automation
• Commercial record with sponsor relationships, feasibility wins, and budgets
• Experience embedding research in primary care or community settings; multilingual populations a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the division's P&L and growth plan with CEO and board oversight
• Ensure quality and compliance (GCP/ICH) and inspection readiness
• Design site operations inside busy primary care clinics with scalable processes
• Recruit and develop investigators and sub-investigators; launch specialty lines
• Manage sponsor and CRO growth, feasibility, budgets, and contracts
• Lead patient engagement strategies and leverage data/automation to optimize recruitment
