Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President within the Wholesale Loan Services (WLS) team to drive strategy, execution, and adoption of operational initiatives in Transaction Coordination, primarily focused on North America.

You will lead end-to-end process improvement, standardization, and scalable governance across regions, shaping learning journeys and role expectations with NA leaders and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading strategy and execution in transaction coordination.
• Proven ability to drive complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration and executive communication.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of NA Transaction Coordination initiatives, including project plans, deliverables, working sessions, and senior stakeholder communications.
• Drive improvements in cycle time, quality, capacity, rework, and control execution.
• Identify delivery risks early and drive decisions through to implementation.
• Establish standardized process flows, procedures, artifacts, and handoffs for NA.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to align on a common core and manage local exceptions.
• Create governance mechanisms to sustain standardization.
• Build a capability framework for Transaction Coordination roles.
• Design learning journeys including onboarding, proficiency, and advanced tracks.
• Define role progression across job grades with NA leaders and HR.
• Improve coaching and feedback routines through playbooks and manager enablement.
