• Serve as SME for complex syndicated loan transactions and ensure flawless execution.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm as a Transaction Coordination ambassador.
• Oversee closing mechanics, resolve escalations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote risk controls and support audit cycles with clear operational summaries.
• Represent WLS in business and risk forums and drive performance improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects and working groups to enhance efficiency.
