Job summary

JPMorganChase in Columbus, OH seeks a Vice President Product Manager for Global Time and Attendance. You will shape product strategy, own the Attendance experience for employees and managers, and drive end-to-end lifecycle with a focus on data quality, scalability, and stakeholder alignment.

You will collaborate with Time, Absence, technology and data teams to deliver high-value features, measure success with key metrics, and expand capabilities across populations and use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery to roadmap execution.
• Strong data literacy with ability to define data requirements and assess quality.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineering, data product teams and solve complex datasets.
• Experience designing employee/manager digital experiences and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to engage senior leaders, align priorities and communicate trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Develop Attendance product strategy and vision aligned with global Time strategy.
• Manage discovery, research, and backlog to support the roadmap and value proposition.
• Build metrics and track adoption, data quality, accuracy, and operational performance.
• Own Attendance experiences and supporting workflows for employees and managers.
• Collaborate with Time and Absence teams to create coherent experiences.
• Work with technology and data teams to investigate data-quality issues and incidents.
• Expand Attendance capabilities to additional populations and use cases.
• Engage senior leadership to gather feedback and secure alignment on roadmap decisions.
• Provide governance and oversight for issues, releases, dependencies, and communications.
