JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager to own the Servicing roadmap across Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management, and International Private Bank.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure production readiness to support 2M+ workflows annually and ~1.4M account migrations to ConnectWealth. Qualifications

• VP-level delivery leadership for Servicing roadmap across multiple high-visibility initiatives.
• Own end-to-end workstream delivery across teams, including strategy, cadence, governance, and planning.
• Drive requirements definition with product, technology, operations, and controls partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, development, testing/UAT, release readiness, and post-release stabilization.
• Ensure production readiness and delivery quality, including risk management and escalation paths.
• Provide leadership coverage for Servicing team leads and support large-scale programs across multiple channels.
