Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement within a large organization.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale category portfolios and significant spend.
• Proven success leading large, distributed teams with multiple leadership layers.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence at the C-suite level.
• Deep experience in strategic negotiations, contract management, and vendor relationships.
• Experience operating in regulated environments is strongly preferred.
