Job summary

FranklinWH in the United States seeks a visionary VP of Global Solutions to scale a global team delivering integrated solutions across hardware, software, and cloud platforms. You will bridge R&D, frontline teams, and customers, ensuring end-to-end delivery, compliance, and go-to-market alignment worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional programs, build strategic partnerships, and drive initiatives from design through certification, with a focus on scalable solutions that meet market needs

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience in customer-facing product solutions, engineering, or technical support
• 10+ years of leadership spanning global, cross-functional teams
• Proven track record building and scaling organizations
• Strong Go-To-Market strategy and executive communication
• Ability to bridge technical and commercial functions
• Experience with strategic accounts at executive level

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Global Solutions department across regions
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery from design to ongoing support
• Own GTM initiatives and customer-facing solution strategy
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, legal, marketing, and sales
• Develop training, pricing, and market insight to inform roadmaps
