Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a VP of Decision Sciences to drive the data-driven transformation of its Global Sales organization. You will lead a ~100-person team across BI, analytics, data architecture, and decision sciences, partnering with IT and Data Governance to expand the Sales Data Lake and establish a governed data foundation for reporting, automation, and AI.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, BI, Decision Sciences, Data Science, AI, management consulting, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading global reporting, analytics, data, or decision-sciences organizations and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of global Sales processes, including planning, pipeline management, forecasting, segmentation, territories, productivity, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to define enterprise measurements and executive-management reporting frameworks.
• Experience modernizing and automating complex reporting and analytics environments.
• Experience applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI to business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed team of ~100 professionals in BI, analytics, data architecture, and decision sciences.
• Partner with IT and Data Governance to expand the Sales Data Lake and ensure data quality.
• Define measurements, insights, and analytics to improve performance and productivity.
• Deliver executive scorecards, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Lead AI-enabled initiatives to improve Sales Operations and decision-making.
