Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a VP, Privacy Officer to lead the US and global privacy program, reporting to the General Counsel and partnering with Security, Product, and Engineering. You will own data protection strategy in a high-growth health tech environment, balancing regulatory rigor with responsible AI adoption.

This is a full-time, remote-friendly role with a NYC preference and periodic travel to the NYC headquarters.

Qualifications

• JD with active state bar membership.
• 12+ years of legal experience focusing on data privacy, security, and healthcare law.
• Proven leadership of privacy teams in global tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Privacy and Global Data Protection Officer responsibilities.
• Mentor privacy attorneys and staff for US and Global operations.
• Develop strategies at the intersection of healthcare privacy and AI while managing risk.
