Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations, payroll, HRIS, HR technology, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with large datasets, reporting, and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical issues for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday implementation and HRIS administration ahead of go-live.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting, and governance for HR systems and payroll.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Technology) to optimize processes.
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors and ensure service quality and accuracy.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for payroll and HR processes.
