Galaxy Digital Inc. seeks a hands-on People Operations Manager, Global Payroll & HRIS to support a global workforce. This role leads Workday implementation tasks and strengthens payroll operations, ensuring data accuracy, scalable processes, and governance.

You will partner with People, Payroll, Finance, and external partners to drive successful go-live and ongoing optimization. Initial focus is on a clean, controlled Workday go-live by 2027, with ongoing administration, data integrity,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations, payroll, HRIS, HR tech, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in payroll operations; global/multi-country payroll preferred.
• Experience with Workday or another enterprise HRIS; direct Workday implementation preferred.
• Experience in HRIS implementation, migration, configuration, or significant system transformation.
• Strong understanding of HRIS data, payroll, benefits, Finance and lifecycle processes.
• Able to reconcile complex datasets and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation activities ahead of go-live date; gather requirements and design processes.
• Coordinate data preparation, cleansing, validation and migration for accurate employee/payroll data.
• Develop UAT scripts, document results, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Oversee payroll readiness, audits, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, and governance post-go-live.
• Support change management, training, and communications for the Workday launch.
• Provide ongoing administration of Workday and payroll operations across jurisdictions.
