Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with at least 5 years in Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Marketing.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for global marketing sub-categories, including Creative, Brand Agencies and Media Buying.
• Manage the full category lifecycle: supplier selection, RFx, contract negotiation, and implementation with performance management.
• Conduct spend analysis using AI tools to uncover patterns and forecast demand for sourcing decisions.
• Monitor market dynamics and regulatory changes to adjust category strategies.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Third-Party Risk Management to draft and negotiate complex contracts including SLAs.
