Job summary

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Washington, DC seeks a Vice President, Global Market Engagement to lead Greenprint globally and shape the Lab's market engagement strategy across networks and corporate relationships.

You will build a high-impact, globally coherent offer, manage a small regional team, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive decarbonization, resilience, housing, and health initiatives through data-driven programs and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership in commercial real estate or related fields.
• Deep understanding of owners, investors, developers, operators, and capital providers.
• Proven ability to design or grow fee-based, membership, cohort, advisory, or partnership offers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Greenprint globally and develop the Lab's market engagement strategy across industry networks, communities of practice, and corporate relationships.
• Define the next phase of Greenprint and its relationship with C-Change, creating one coherent global offer.
• Set common outcomes, value propositions, participation pathways, service standards, and governance across regions.
• Lead and grow communities of practice across the Lab's issue areas.
• Coordinate with ULI's Corporate Partners team to align market engagement with broader relationships.
