Mattel Sales Corp. is seeking a Vice President, Global Insights & Analytics to build and lead a globally integrated enterprise intelligence capability spanning Consumer Insights, Shopper, Retail, and Business Insights, Social & Cultural Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics & Data Science.

You will connect consumers, culture, customers, markets, and business performance to identify opportunities and shape strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in insights, analytics, strategy, or related fields.
• Leadership experience in global consumer-facing organizations.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategy, portfolio priorities, and growth through an integrated view of consumers, customers, culture, markets, and business performance.
• Proactively identify emerging needs, cultural shifts, whitespace, opportunities, and risks.
• Establish rigorous measurement systems, common definitions, and repeatable decision processes.
• Build and lead a high-performing globally integrated organization focused on measurable business impact.
