Mattel, Inc., a leading global play and family entertainment company, seeks a Vice President, Sales & Account Management to drive profitability with our largest ecommerce customer in the US Commercial market.

Based at Mattel Headquarters in El Segundo, CA, this executive will lead the Sales and Sales Planning & Analytics teams and partner with cross-functional leaders to shape our go-to-market strategy with Amazon US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years’ related sales experience in consumer-packaged goods, toys, entertainment, or e‑commerce channels.
• Experience leading a multi-million-dollar Amazon P&L and retail media strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon platform, SEO, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to present account strategies to the C‑Suite and cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership in driving revenue, margin growth, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead annual and multi-year Joint Business Planning with Amazon leadership.
• Own Amazon P&L performance including revenue, gross margin, and ROI.
• Negotiate annual agreements, promotions, and strategic initiatives with the account.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Product Development.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Amazon sales organization.
• Ensure inventory availability and forecasting accuracy for key events.
