Job summary

BMO Capital Markets is seeking a Vice President, Business Management, Global Fixed Income to help grow and optimize the GFI franchise. The role sits at the front office and collaborates with senior leaders across Rates, Credit, FX, and other desks.

You will own the GFI management reporting, business planning, governance, and strategic initiatives, partnering with the Co-Heads and MD, Strategy & Business Management to deliver insights and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Global Markets, Investment & Corporate Banking or Management Consulting.
• Experience supporting senior executives in a complex global organization.
• Ability to own end-to-end workstreams with competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive materials.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; SQL/Power BI/Power Query helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support the Co-Heads of Global Fixed Income.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and presentations.
• Track commitments and ensure timely follow-through.
• Coordinate leadership offsites, town halls, and executive communications.
• Lead GFI reporting, budgeting, and KPI development.
• Drive automation and improvements across processes.
