Qualifications

• 7+ years in transaction banking, FI coverage, payments/cash management, or adjacent institutional banking roles; or equivalent consulting/strategy experience with significant domain exposure.
• Strong ability to identify and interpret signals and translate them into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, business judgment, and prioritization across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• The Market Management VP will own FI/NBFI vertical strategy, including audience targeting, messaging pillars, and annual goals.
• Lead thought leadership, external messaging, and brand campaigns; coordinate with product, coverage, and marketing teams.
• Direct external conferences, client events, and speaker content strategy to drive market positioning.
