BMO Capital Markets is seeking a Vice President, Business Management, Global Fixed Income in New York. You will partner with the Co-Heads of GFI, own the performance reporting cycle, and drive strategic initiatives across Rates, Credit, FX, and more.

You will prepare executive materials, manage governance and budgeting, and collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Technology to improve processes. Strong communication and analytics are essential.

Competenze

• 5-8+ years of experience in Global Markets, Investment & Corporate Banking or Management Consulting.
• Experience supporting senior executives and operating effectively within a complex global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to own workstreams end-to-end with limited supervision, and to operate effectively with competing priorities and incomplete information.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive and board-level materials.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. The candidate will need to be able to draft business plan pitch decks that tell a story as opposed to simply stating facts, and build excel models with limited information.

• Support the Co-Heads of Global Fixed Income as a trusted strategic partner.
• Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, communications, and updates for stakeholders.
• Track commitments, decisions, and actions from senior leadership discussions.
• Anticipate issues, identify risks, and elevate matters needing executive attention.
• Coordinate leadership offsites, town halls, employee engagement, and executive communications.
• Own the recurring GFI management reporting cycle including P&L, business reviews, and KPIs.
