CRH's Americas Materials business is a leading building materials provider across North America with operations spanning 45 states and 30,000+ employees. The VP, Business Transformation will own the Phoenix solution template from design through deployment, delivering a working, standardized platform for multiple regions and businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise business transformation or solutions leadership, including 5+ years at VP/senior executive level.
• Proven track record leading a global ERP/business transformation template through design, build, test and deployment.
• Deep SAP experience (S/4HANA) including template-based global rollouts and finance, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.

Responsabilités

• Hold end-to-end accountability for the Phoenix solution template: design, build, test and deployment.
• Ensure the deployed solution meets all business requirements and works in production across businesses and regions.
• Own the solution roadmap, release plan and deployment waves, including go/no-go decisions.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule and risk, and elevate to program senior leadership as needed.
• Define and enforce a single global template for processes, data, applications and organization.
• Run a rigorous fit-to-standard and design-authority process; limit local deviations to approved exceptions.
• Embed process adherence through solution design, controls, KPIs and governance.
• Partner with Finance leadership to design and stand up a central Shared Finance model.
