CRH Americas Materials Inc. in Atlanta seeks a VP, Business Transformation to own the design, build, test and deployment of the AMAT Phoenix solution template, ensuring the deployed solution meets business requirements across regions.

This role leads a multi-disciplinary team, drives standardization and a Shared Finance model, and guides strategic ERP transformation with SAP S/4HANA, overseeing scope, budget and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise business transformation or solutions leadership, including 5+ years at VP/senior executive level.
• Proven track record leading a global ERP/business transformation template through design, build, test and deployment.
• Deep SAP experience (S/4HANA) with template-based global rollouts in finance, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end accountability for thePhoenix solution template: design, build, test and deployment.
• Ensure the deployed solution meets business requirements across regions.
• Own the solution roadmap, release plan and deployment waves.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors to deliver the template.
• Report progress and benefits to the executive team.
