Job summary

J.P. Morgan is looking for a Vice President to join Global Wealth Management Equity Trading Desk in New York. You will provide investors with guidance in navigating global equity and listed options markets and build strong relationships across front office and support functions.

Responsibilities include leading best execution processes, improving routing decisions, and developing analytics to optimize order flow. A strong background in equity trading and coding is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equity and options trading.
• Series 7, 63 and 57.
• Advanced coding in Python and Alteryx; Tableau for visual analytics.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn JPM products, systems and trading tools.
• Self-motivation and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Providing our Investors with exceptional guidance in navigating and trading the global equity markets
• Building strong relationships across the front office and support functions to deliver exceptional client service
• Establishing a high degree of competence around executing equity & listed options trades: communication, pricing, accurate booking and flawless management of downstream processes
• Take a leading role in the Best Execution processes: Lead Best Execution reviews with counterparties; routing decisions and workflow automation; end-to-end order flow lifecycle; analytics toolkit
• Documentation & maintenance of risk management procedures, including market access controls
• Resolving and managing the risks associated with failing trades
• Managing and tracking complex issues and enhancements across multiple teams, driving alignment and timely delivery
