Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a client service team for institutional Cash Equities clients.
Oversee equity trade lifecycle from booking to post-settlement with root-cause discipline.
Improve allocation quality and reduce downstream operational friction.
Maintain daily controls and escalation/remediation processes.
Lead fails management and promote straight-through processing improvements.
Use data to identify trends and prioritize workflow enhancements.
