Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a VP, Relationship Manager in Alpharetta to oversee and grow corporate client relationships within Wealth Management’s Global Equity segment. You will work cross‑functionally with private and public market teams to ensure client satisfaction, while driving needs analyses, quarterly reviews, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree or College diploma in Business, Economics or similar.
• Minimum 3 years in an Account Management, Client Services, or Sales role.
• Experience in the equity or share plan industry is a plus.
• Licenses required: SIE, FINRA 7 & 63.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Proficiency with common technology including email, internet, Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for designated corporate clients across multiple departments.
• Build proactive, partnership‑based relationships with senior client contacts.
• Conduct needs analyses and prepare specifications/gap analyses for new functionality.
• Deliver regular business reviews and share analytics with account directors.
• Keep clients informed of new product functionality relevant to plans.
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention through benchmarks and check‑ins.
• Understand contracts, pricing, and service level commitments and align with client needs.
• Lead client meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions as required.
