Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a VP, Relationship Manager for the Alpharetta Return to Work program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required along with 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of equity compensation and stock plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Some travel will be required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 licenses or willingness to obtain within 180 days.
• Certified Equity Professional designation.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with other teams to ensure all clients receive timely responses.
• Delivering of regular business reviews to share thought leadership, relevant enhancements and detailed plan level analytics.
• Regular contact with clients to maintain a high level of personal interaction.
• Monitoring client satisfaction through internal benchmarks, surveys and RM check-ins.
• Promoting and sharing efficiencies and best practices to improve service and execution.
• Aligning client requests and expectations with business needs while maintaining positive relationships.
• Coordinating new projects with clients and internal teams.
• Engaging with Morgan Stanley service support organizations to ensure strong execution of service delivery.
• Communication with internal business partners regarding plan events and key issues impacting the client.
• Attending industry webcasts and Morgan Stanley education forums.
