Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Client Services or Sales.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time within and outside North America.
• Licenses: SIE, FINRA 7 & 63.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and grow existing corporate client relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to meet client requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct needs analyses and prepare specifications or gap analyses for client requests.
• Deliver regular business reviews and share analytics and enhancements with leadership.
• Keep clients informed about new product functionality relevant to their plans.
