Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of large-scale IT transformation experience in manufacturing or high‑compliance settings.
• Deep proficiency in EA, cloud ecosystems, SAP ERP, and MES.
• Advanced system architecture knowledge and EA principles.
• Experience with AI-enabled SDLC and IT support.
• Operations expertise: infrastructure management, ITSM, regulatory validation (CSV/FDA).
• Strategic leadership with stakeholder management, financial acumen, and global team oversight.
• Education: degree in CS/Engineering/Business; executive development credentials encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for Enterprise Platforms, including AI enablement.
• Develop architecture strategy emphasizing interoperability, data integrity, security, and continuity.
• Lead transformation of internal software development and support for automation and predictive analytics.
• Oversee end-to-end product roadmap for global platforms; ensure cloud-enabled, scalable solutions.
• Lead modernization initiatives (ERP upgrades, custom apps) for global growth.
• Maintain SAP/Enovia/ETQ/SuccessFactors/Salesforce 24/7 operations and SLAs.
• Mentor and develop a global team of 150+ professionals; foster ownership and excellence.
• Manage tech procurement, due diligence, and deployment from pilot to rollout.
• Partner with ELT to translate market needs into global IT roadmaps.
