Job summary

Rubix Data Centers is seeking a Vice President, Global EHS to lead strategy, governance, and execution of environmental, health, and safety programs across our global AI and digital infrastructure footprint. This role will drive a world-class safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and embed risk management across data center development, construction, and operations.

You will partner with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Corporate teams to oversee global regulatory programs

Qualifications

Experience leading global, multi-site EHS programs at scale.
Deep knowledge of OSHA, ISO and local regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to embed risk management in data center development and operations.
Strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the global EHS strategy aligned with Rubix’s growth in hyperscale AI infrastructure.
Oversee global EHS program execution across construction, operations and facilities.
Ensure effective controls for high-risk activities (electrical safety, LOTO, contractor safety, working at heights).
Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement processes.
Champion a proactive, safety-first culture across all levels of the business.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Construction, Operations and Corporate teams.
