This role mandates a strong focus on electrical safety, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance to ensure fast, disciplined growth.

The ideal candidate will bring over 18 years of EHS leadership experience, particularly in high-risk environments, and possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with a CSP certification. This position is based in Denver and offers competitive salaries and robust benefits.

• 18+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in high‑risk environments.
• Experience managing multi-billion dollar global construction portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise EHS strategy and standards.
• Set electrical safety standards to reduce high‑consequence risk.
• Oversee EHS governance for high‑voltage systems and environments.
• Lead contractor qualification, onboarding, and incident management.
• Drive environmental permitting and compliance across jurisdictions.
