Job summary

Rubix Data Centers seeks a Vice President, Delivery (Americas) to lead end-to-end U.S.-based data center development, turning secured land and power into operational assets. You will oversee multiple markets with a focus on construction execution, schedule certainty, and customer readiness.

You will own the full lifecycle delivery, lead a multi-site portfolio, and drive a best-in-class delivery model with strong contractor and stakeholder engagement. Travel ~50% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering complex infrastructure or data center projects.
• End-to-end delivery leadership across design, construction and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of power infrastructure and mission‑critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle delivery of U.S. data center projects from design oversight to handover.
• Lead a multi-site portfolio of hyperscale and colocation developments.
• Define a best-in-class construction-led delivery model with cost, schedule and quality discipline.
• Direct construction operations, including contractor selection and site execution.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure constructability and cost discipline.
• Drive commissioning and turnover to ensure facilities meet performance standards.
• Manage delivery risk, including schedule compression and supply chain constraints.
• Build and scale a high-performing U.S. delivery organization with regional leaders.
