Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Global Vice President, Environmental, Health & Safety to lead the EHS program across design, construction, commissioning and live operations. You will manage policy, standards, and assurance, directing a field organization of Directors, Managers and Specialists to achieve zero incidents and audit-ready compliance.

You will partner with Legal, Design, Ops and Security to ensure Safety in Design, contractor EHS, and performance metrics, while developing a mature EHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience across multiple sites or high-risk projects.
• Experience building/maturing an EHS function in rapid-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EHS policy, standards, procedures, and assurance framework globally.
• Oversee construction EHS leadership and field oversight across campuses.
• Direct contractor pre-qualification and EHS risk assessments.
• Own incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Drive regulatory compliance across air, water, waste, and permitting.
