Job summary

Cloud Capital is seeking a Vice President, Capital Markets to lead debt financing, equity fundraising, and related capital markets activities for a global data center platform. You will report to the EVP, Head of Capital Markets, and partner with Investments, Finance, Asset Management, Legal, and leadership to optimize capital structure across Cloud Capital's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years in investment banking, infrastructure/private equity, real estate private equity, project finance, or capital markets.
• Experience executing debt financings, structured financings, and capital-raising transactions.
• Understanding of commercial real estate, infrastructure, or data centers.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Experience preparing investment memoranda and lender presentations.
• Strong communication with executives, investors, lenders, and advisors.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt financings, refinancings, and recapitalizations across portfolio assets.
• Develop financing models to evaluate debt capacity and covenants.
• Support equity capital raising with materials and data room management.
• Build relationships with banks, debt funds, and institutional investors.
• Coordinate lender and investor due diligence and term sheets.
• Negotiate loan documents and intercreditor arrangements.
• Monitor debt portfolios and covenant compliance across vehicles.
• Collaborate on acquisition opportunities and financing strategies.
• Provide portfolio reporting and lender/investor communications.
• Conduct market research on capital markets and financing trends.
