Cloud Capital is seeking a Vice President, Capital Markets to lead debt financings, refinancings, and equity fundraising for its global portfolio. This on-site role reports to the Executive Vice President, Head of Capital Markets in Washington, US.

You will develop financing models, manage lender and investor relationships, and support deal evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring across investments, finance, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, Mathematics or a quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience within investment banking, infrastructure/private equity, real estate private equity, project finance, corporate finance, or capital markets.
• Strong experience executing debt financings and capital raising transactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of debt financings, refinancings, and recapitalizations across portfolio assets and fund structures.
• Develop and maintain detailed financing models to evaluate debt capacity, covenant compliance, and capital structure optimization.
• Support equity capital raising initiatives including fundraising materials, investor presentations, and due diligence responses.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, insurance companies, debt funds, and institutional investors.
