Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Denver, Colorado seeks a finance professional to lead debt capital raising and manage interest rate risk for a fast-scaling data center footprint. The role supports the VP of Capital Markets and collaborates with senior executives to structure financing, scenario analysis, and KPI reporting.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in investment banking or debt markets, advanced financial modelling skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting is required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and modelling skills are required.
• Executive presence and effective communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt capital raising initiatives and assist in term-sheet negotiations.
• Prepare project materials for banks and coordinate with finance and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to monitor capital activity.
• Manage due diligence, lender communications, and loan documentation.
