Job summary

Pulmovant is a Roivant-backed clinical-stage biotechnology company seeking a Director, Clinical Supply to lead planning and execution of Clinical Supply Chain activities globally. This role coordinates packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory and forecasting for the clinical program.

As the SME for clinical drug supply, you will drive vendor management, kit development, and regulatory support while ensuring cGMP and quality across trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years of direct global clinical supply management.
• Experience with investigational drug products and GCP training is required.
• Recent industry experience with clinical supplies or clinical operations is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and manage multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee packaging, labeling, and international shipping/distribution for IMP to support trials.
• Manage and mentor Clinical Supply Managers and coordinate with CMOs.
• Develop kits and label text for multiple countries and support IND filings.
• Establish SOPs for clinical trial material packaging and distribution to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Lead risk management and vendor selection for study support; participate in regulatory inspections.
