Job summary

Frontier Medicines is seeking a Director/Sr. Director, Clinical Supply Chain to build and lead the clinical supply strategy across the evolving portfolio.

You will forecast, package, label, and deliver IMP to sites on time with GMP/GCP compliance, while partnering with CMC, Clinical Operations, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs. The role reports to the Head of Technical Operations and CMC and requires leadership in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, supply chain, or related field.
• 8+ years (Director) or 10+ years (Sr. Director) of clinical supply chain experience.
• Experience with IRT/IWRS, packaging/labeling, and global clinical distribution.
• Knowledge of GMP/GCP requirements for clinical supply.
• Experience managing CMO/CPO and distribution vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy for trials.
• Develop forecasts and demand plans from protocol/design and enrollment.
• Manage packaging, labeling, distribution vendors and CMOs/CPOs.
• Own IRT/IWRS requirements, build and test in partnership with Clinical Ops.
• Manage comparator/ancillary supply sourcing and global strategies.
• Oversee cold chain, expiry management, and label reconciliation.
• Align supply timelines with manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure GMP/GCP compliance and import/export regulations.
• Support regulatory submissions with supply content.
• Manage budgets, POs, and vendor invoicing with Finance.
• Build scalable supply chain processes as portfolio grows.
