Job summary

Immunovant, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Supply Chain Product Planning to lead integrated clinical and commercial forecasting and master production scheduling across global CMOs.

You will partner with clinical, commercial, CMC teams and CMOs to align demand with supply, ensuring material availability and compliance under GxP. Remote-based role requiring travel 10-20% and a strong track record in biopharma planning, with hands-on leadership and excellence in ERP-driven planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, life sciences, supply chain, business, engineering or another relevant field.
• 7+ years of relevant biopharmaceutical industry experience.
• 3+ years in production planning, inventory control, or demand forecasting for both clinical and commercial materials within biotech/pharma/regulatory life sciences.
• Experience using multiple systems for planning, forecasting, inventory management and ERP processes.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substance, drug product, and clinical/commercial finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain combined clinical and commercial forecasts within the SCMS planning tool based on inputs from clinical and commercial teams.
• Translate trial enrollment schedules and sales forecasts into master production plans for drug substance, product, and finished goods.
• Allocate drug substance batches to clinical vs commercial end use, considering regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain item/material masters within SCMS tool.
• Provide supply plan requests to CMO core teams and integrate endorsed schedules into master plan.
• Generate and communicate bulk material allocations and finished goods production plans to support manufacturing at packaging/labeling vendors.
• Establish safety stock guidelines and monitor stock levels across global supply chain.
• Respond to dynamic projections by developing scenarios and communicating impacts across end-to-end materials.
• Partner with finance to determine budget impact of planning scenarios.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage lead times, and maintain continuity under GxP requirements.
• Support commercial launch readiness activities.
