TD Securities in New York is seeking a Vice President to lead Colleague Programs & Performance for Global Markets. You will drive talent development, training logistics, and orientation activities, partnering with HR and Marketing to advance the colleague experience.

This role requires strong program leadership, regulatory awareness, and data-driven decision support. You will collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, AML and Audit to implement governance for Trader environments and to manage

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics is required.
Experience with securities industry regulations and governance is beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, is essential.

Responsabilités

Lead planning and execution of GM US intern and full-time Analyst training programs, including logistics, communications, and vendor coordination.
Collaborate to implement a GM Business Orientation Day in New York during the Full Time Analyst training program.
Organize and facilitate placement for Summer & Full Time Analysts across multiple programs within Global Markets.
Partner with HR and Marketing to support TDS-wide colleague experience programs and engagement initiatives.
Support junior learning and development programs, including vendor-led training, lunch-and-learn, coaching, and off-sites.
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to inform talent decisions and contribute to policy development.
