Job summary

Hasbro is seeking a Vice President, Board Games to own the global P&L for Monopoly, Jenga, Connect 4, The Game of Life, Operation, Clue and Twister. You will lead a team of twelve and report to the SVP, Global Brands.

This role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, onsite three days a week, with travel about 25%. You will own revenue, margin and operating profit, allocate investments behind them, and partner with other functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in consumer products, toys and games, or a comparably branded and retail-driven business.
• Track record of setting multi-year portfolio strategy and choosing where not to invest.
• History of reinventing established brands and building new ones with consumer insight driving products to market.
• Strong commercial judgment with major retailers; solid understanding of product development, cost structure, supply chain and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the global P&L and portfolio performance, including revenue, margin and operating profit.
• Lead and develop a team of twelve; set direction and provide feedback.
• Land a credible multi-year plan, decide brands to grow vs. run for profit, and show progress on top line and margin.
• Collaborate with Commercial on demand planning and forecast accuracy, and with Supply Chain to protect margin.
